Heath is a creative, an executive pastor, strategist, and mentor with over 30 years of experience helping churches and organizations clarify vision, align culture, and build creative systems that actually work.

He has led creative, worship, production, and communications teams at scale, served as a creative strategist for national conferences, consulted with leaders across the country, and co-authored works on leadership and creative culture.

Heath’s passion is bringing clarity to complex environments — especially where creativity, leadership, and mission intersect. He believes strategy is a form of pastoral care, and that healthy alignment produces sustainable creativity, not burnout.

Today, Heath works with senior leaders and creative teams through consulting, speaking, and mentoring, helping them build environments where people flourish and vision moves forward.
